13-Day Diet Control Program
Purpose:
This program is designed to improve the body’s metabolism. After completing the full 13 days, one can return to a normal diet without gaining weight for up to 2 years.
If followed strictly, this program can help reduce body weight by approximately 7 to 20 kilograms.

The amount of food during the control period will not be sufficient for the body’s normal needs.
However, you need not worry about it affecting your health, because the body will respond by metabolizing stored fat to use as an alternative source of energy.

13-Day Weight Loss Diet – Lose 13 Kilograms

Day 1

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee (with 1 sugar cube)
  • Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 300g of boiled cabbage, 1 tomato
  • Dinner: 200g of roasted chicken, clear salad, lemon juice

Day 2

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee (with 1 sugar cube)
  • Lunch: 250g of roasted pork, 1 cup of yogurt
  • Dinner: 200g of roasted chicken, clear salad, lemon juice, 1 serving of fresh fruit

Day 3

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee (with 1 sugar cube), 1 slice of toasted bread
  • Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 100g of roasted pork, clear salad, lemon juice
  • Dinner: 300g of boiled cassava, 1 tomato, 1 serving of fresh fruit

Day 4

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee (with 1 sugar cube), 1 slice of toasted bread
  • Lunch: 1 glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, 1 cup of yogurt
  • Dinner: 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 raw carrot, 1 box of unsweetened milk

Day 5

  • Dinner: 200g of roasted chicken, clear salad
  • Breakfast: 1 raw carrot, drizzled with lemon juice (like a papaya salad)
  • Lunch: 200g of steamed grouper fish

Day 6

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee (with 1 sugar cube), 1 slice of toasted bread
  • Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 raw carrot
  • Dinner: 200g of roasted chicken, clear salad, lemon juice

Day 7

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of tea (no sugar), 1 slice of toasted bread
  • Lunch: Just water
  • Dinner: 200g of roasted pork, 1 serving of fresh fruit

Day 8

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee (with 1 sugar cube)
  • Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 300g of boiled cabbage, 1 tomato
  • Dinner: 200g of roasted chicken, clear salad, lemon juice

Day 9

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee (with 1 sugar cube)
  • Lunch: 200g of roasted pork, 1 cup of yogurt
  • Dinner: 200g of roasted chicken, clear salad, lemon juice

Day 10

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee (no sugar), 1 slice of toasted bread
  • Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 100g of roasted pork, clear salad, lemon juice
  • Dinner: 300g of boiled cassava, 1 tomato, 1 serving of fresh fruit

Day 11

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee (with 1 sugar cube), 1 slice of toasted bread
  • Lunch: 1 glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, 1 cup of yogurt
  • Dinner: 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 raw carrot, 1 box of unsweetened milk

Day 12

  • Breakfast: 1 raw carrot, drizzled with lemon juice

  • Dinner: 200g of roasted chicken, clear salad

Day 13

  • Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 raw carrot
  • Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee (with 1 sugar cube), 1 slice of toasted bread
  • Dinner: 200g of roasted chicken, clear salad, lemon juice
